Chocolate coatings

Part of our raw materials are used for the production of chocolate coatings. Our four flavours (milk, white, fine dark and delicate dark chocolate) contain no soya lecithin whatsoever. The fine hemispheres melt quickly, requiring very little energy for processing. Our high-quality chocolates are ideal for chocolate-coating of biscuits, waffles and cakes.
