The crystalline raw cane sugar SYRAMENA® is an ideal substitute for beet sugar and is very popular with milk processors as well as producers of drinks, chocolate, bread, cakes and pastries.

Having eight qualities with graded amounts of molasses ensures that our customers can purchase the ideal sugar for every purpose. Golden brown sugar, ground sugar and icing sugar complete the product range.

SYRAMENA® is also available in demeter quality. Thanks to the bio-dynamic cultivation of sugarcane by our partner La Felsina (Partner Profile La Felsina [PDF, 711 KB]) in Paraguay, the ground remains vital and the raw material grows in harmony with the environment.
