Support for school in the Dominican Republic
Under the leadership of PRONATEC a full container with school supplies can be sent these days to a school in Villa Altagracia which opened in 2008. Various organizations from Winterthur have donated computers, desks, chairs and writing materials. More than 100 pupils benefit from these donations. PRONATEC likes to express a warm "thank-you" to the donators.
There’s no child labour wrapped up in our chocolate
Our cocoa comes either from our own Fair Trade projects or from our close, direct collaboration with cooperatives – mainly in the Dominican Republic and Peru – where no children are exploited. Transparency in the production chain from the smallholder farmer to the customer guarantees the traceability of every stage in the process.more information (125 KB)
